The Idaho Transportation Department(ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. Although ITD accepted the traffic impact analysis (TIA)for Adero subdivision, the TIA only contained 262 single-
family lots and did not include the commercial lots.
2. Prior to final plat approval, The Department will want to review an updated TIA to include the residential and
commercial lots. ITD encourages the applicant to reach out with any scoping questions.
3. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
