The Planning Department is requesting that the Preliminary Plat for Cold Creek Subdivision
(pP-06-064), that is scheduled for the February 1, 2007 Planning & Zoning Corrunission meeting be
continued until March 1,2007 due to the property not being posted within the time period required
prior to the public hearing. Since the agendas are already full through February, the March 1st
meeting is the fIrst available Corrunission hearing date.
