Broadway Ave. Meridian, Idaho 83642 Subject: Request for Waiver for a Right-In/Right-Out Access to Ten Mile Road for the Adero Mixed-Use Neighborhood. Dear Linda, We respectfully request a waiver of the City of Meridian code requirement to allow a right- in/right-out access to Ten Mile Road. This access will meet all spacing and access requirements set by the City of Meridian and the Ada County Highway District (ACHD). A proposed deceleration lane will be incorporated into the access design, which will be fully engineered by a traffic engineer to ensure compliance with all City and ACHD requirements for traffic flow, safety, and performance. This right-in/right-out access, along with the deceleration lane, is crucial for supporting a vibrant commercial area and facilitating safe, efficient ingress and egress for future businesses and customers. We appreciate the City's consideration of these requests and are happy to provide any additional information or clarification as needed.
