Nick: I have reviewed the latest staff report and have only the following comment: Planning Division: 4. Note #13. CC&R’s are typically recorded just after recording the first plat. Please replace with the following language: “13. This subdivision shall be subject to covenants, conditions and restrictions to be recorded in the office of the Ada County Recorder.” We are in agreement with all other conditions of approval. This item is scheduled to be on the th consent agenda at the City Council work session on March 18, 2025. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 4:30 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
