Highlights of Proposed Development: consent to vacate an unused portion of a platted drainage pond.
The applicant will in return dedicate a portion ofland to ACHD to construct SW 5th Avenue through to
W. Corporate Drive through the Waltman Court Subdivision.
The total site area proposed for vacation is 11,329.79 square feet. The applicant plans to develop the area
as an overflow parking area for his business across West Corporate Drive in the Waltman Court
Subdivision.
