Re: June 27, Meeting
We own 5 acre Lot # 6 in Magic View Subdivision and would like to voice our support of
Conger Management Group's request for reconsideration of their previously denied application.
Their proposed residential project is across Magic View Drive and directly south of our property.
Many of the neighbors in the Woodbridge Subdivision who vigorously opposed the Conger
Group's initial application have told us they would now support residential use of those
properties directly adjacent to the existing homes. They feel as we do that this type of residential
project might actually be preferable to office development and their primary remaining concern
appears to center on working out a reasonable compromise on the proposed density.
