This letter fulfills the department's request of a project narrative for the Final Plat
application for Bitterbrush Point Subdivision. This project is located near Victory Road
and Kuna-Meridian Road and consists of 27 single family residential lots and 4
common/open space lots on 10.94 acres of land. These lots are in substantial compliance
and conformance with the approved preliminary plat for Bitterbrush Point Subdivision.
To the best of my knowledge, the plat is in conformance with all requirements and
provisions of the UDC and acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices
and local standards.
The reference number for Bitterbrush Point Subdivision is AZ -06-036 and PP -06-034.

Commencing at the section corner common to Sections 19 and 30 of said T. 3 N., R. 1 E.,
and Sections 24 and 25 of T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M.;
Thence North 00°55'37" East, 2661.02 feet on the section line common to said Sections
19 and 24 0the 1/4 section corner common to said Sections 19 and 24;
Thence reversing direction, South 00°55'37" West, 1330.65 feet on the section line

water within this project was not encountered within depth of 3 feet of the existing
ground.
