Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above referenced application as it lies
outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Thomas Ritthaler, Boise Project- Board of Control, at 208-344-
1141 or 2465 Overland Road Room 202 Boise, ID 83705-3173.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-
site. If any surface drainage leaves the site NMID must review drainage plans. Developers must comply with
Idaho Code 31-3805.
