This Lot in this application is located at 4445 S Tandycroft Ave and its legal description is Lot 12,Block 9 of Graycliff Estates No. 5. Due to the configuration of this flag lot and the platted side utility easement being 10' in width, we have found that this lot does not adequately fit any of our footprints from our housing collection for Graycliff Estates. We are therefore requesting a reduction in the side utility easement from 10' to be reduced to 5' in width. This reduction of 5' will allow all our building floors plans to fit this lot.
