CUMULATIVE IMPACTS ON SCHOOLS
The proposed residential development application is located on Assessor’s Parcel Number
RS1210346850. This section of the memo looks at cumulative impacts over a broad area and
provides entitlement data in areas affected by the subject application. The following
information is intended as a reference, rather than a decisive tool, and serves to forecast the
number of school-aged children, enrolled in both public and private schools, using city-wide
census data. Within the last five years, there have been 3,952 entitled units (1,403 single-
family and 2,549 multi-family) approved within a 1-mile radius of the project location resulting
in approximately 2,307 school-aged children.

STUDENT GENERATION RATES
West Ada School District (WASD) uses a Student Generation Rate (SGR) to determine what impact future
development will have on enrollments. Based on the submitted application materials, the proposed
project will contain 95 single family units and 0 multi-family units resulting in approximately 56 school-
aged children. The proposed project is within the following school district boundaries, currently, and
approval of the project may affect enrollments at the following schools:
