This section of the memo looks at cumulative impacts over a broad area and provides entitlement data in areas affected by the subject application. The following information is intended as a reference, rather than a decisive tool, and serves to forecast the number of school-aged children, enrolled in both public and private schools, using city-wide census data. Within the last five years, there have been 3,952 entitled units (1,403 single- family and 2,549 multi-family) approved within a 1-mile radius of the project location resulting in approximately 2,307 school-aged children. Based on the submitted application materials, the proposed project will contain 95 single family units and 0 multi-family units resulting in approximately 56 school- aged children.
