Dear Mr. Hood,
On behalf of our client, ATM Development, please accept the attached final plat application
for Cabella Creek Subdivision. The City Council approved the applications for Annexation
and Zoning (AZ-06-014) and for Preliminary Plat (pP 06-12) on May 23,2006. At that time,
the proposed development, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Victory
Road and Mesa Way consisted of 47 single family residential lots and 11 common lots on
approximately 18.8 acres in the R-4 Zone.
1. The final plat is in compliance with the conditions of approval of the preliminary plat as
approved by the city council.
2. As addressed in the conditions of approval, this fmal plat application is in conformance
with all applicable requirements of the City of Meridian UDC.
3. The final plat has been prepared in conformance with applicable local and state codes and
is in conformance with applicable engineering standards.
4. The required Development Agreement has been finalized and recorded (Ordinance No.
06-1252).
