BY THE CITY COUNCIL: CAVENER, LITTLE ROBERTS, OVERTON,
STRADER, TAYLOR,WHITLOCK
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF BOBBY GAYTAN
TO SEAT 5 AND PATRICK O'LEARY TO SEAT 6 OF THE MERIDIAN ARTS
COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the Meridian City Code § 2-2-1 establishes the Meridian Arts Commission, its
members and terms of their appointments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems it to be in the best interest of
the citizens of the City of Meridian to approve the reappointment of Bobby Gaytan to Seat 5 and
Patrick O'Leary to Seat 6 of the Meridian Arts Commission as recommended by Mayor Simison
and described herein;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That, effectively immediately,Bobby Gaytan is hereby reappointed to Seat 5 and
Patrick O'Leary is hereby reappointed to Seat 6, which terms shall expire February 28, 2028;
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 25th day of February,
2025.
