Additional One-Year Time Extensions for Buich Subdivision
Dear Mrs. Borchers-Canning:
We are submitting to the City of Meridian two applications for additional one-year time extensions
for Buich Subdivision. One application is for an additional one-year time period in which to record
the final plat. The second application is for an additional one-year time period in which to
commence the condition~l use permit. C
The original approval for the final plat was on July 6, 2004 (FP 04-040). A time extension was
approved on June 21, 2005 (TE 05-005) and will expire on July 6, 2006.
The original approval for the conditional use permit was on February 10, 2004 (CUP 03-048). A
time extension was approved on,July 26, 20g5 (Te 05-007) and will expire on July 26,2006.
The previous time extensions cannot be met due to two project delays. One, the sewer system was
redesigned from using a pump station and a pressurized line to using gravity sewer. The redesign
and re-approval of the construction documents took a lot of time but will result in a better product
requiring less maintenance over the long run. The second delay was due to a charlge in ownership
of the project which also took some time to complete.

RE: Additional One-Year Time Extensions for Buich Subdivision
Dear Mrs. Borchers-Canning:
We are submitting to the City of Meridian two applications for additional one-year time extensions
for Buich Subdivision. One application is for an additional one-year time period in which to record
the final plat. The second application is for an additional one-year time period in which to
commence the conditional use permit '
The original approval for the final plat was on July 6, 2004 (FP 04-040). A time extension was
approved on June 21,2005 (TE 05-005) and will expire on July 6,2006.
The original approval forthe conditional use permit was on February 10,2004 (CUP 03-048). A
time extension was approved on July 26, 2005 (Te 05-007) and will expire on July 26,2006.
The previous time extensions cannot be met due to two project delays. One, the sewer system was
redesigned from using a pump station and a pressurized line to using gravity sewer. The redesign
and re-approval of the construction documents took, a lot of time but will result in a better product
requiring less maintenance over the long urn. The second delay was due to a change in ownership
of the project which also took some time to complete.
