Weare asking for a Variance of the cul-de-sac length. The proposed total length of the cul-de-sac in Buckeye place is approximately 600 feet measured from the intersection of W. Thorn Creek St. and N. Manship Place. The cul-de-sac length measured on this property is approximately 475 feet. The current maximum length in the Meridian Code is 450 feet. As you can see in the Preliminary plat, the need for the longer cul- de-sac is valid. In order to access the southerly portion of this property, we need to exceed the 450 foot length.
