We are currently proposing to relocate our business to the Meridian area and therefore are respectfully requesting a conditional use permit. We would like to build a self standing facility located on lot 6 at 3665 N. Locust Grove in the Brockton Subdivision. Our building would be approximately 3100 square feet and be esthetically pleasing by using a variety of materials in accordance to the requirements of the subdivision. Our property would be fenced in accordance to Meridian City Code for child care facilities. We would be licensed through the Department of Health and Welfare and abide by the Central District Health Department and Meridian Fire Department regulations. We thank you for your consideration.
