Broadway Ave. #102 Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Baldcypress Multifamily City Water Easement Vacation On behalf of Pacific Partners Residential,we are submitting a Vacation request for review and approval. The parcel (Parcel No, R7991140012) is generally located at the southeast corner of Eagle Road and Baldcypress Street. In accordance with the submittal checklist, we are submitting all applicable documents. The purpose of this request is to vacate a portion of an existing City Water Easement that is generally located along the parcel's northern frontage with Baldcypress Street. The easement prevents the property from being developed in accordance with the proposed site plan related to the existing approved Conditional Use Permit. No other property or persons are affected by this vacation request and the current property owner has consented to submittal of this application so future development may occur. It is important to note, easements are only being vacated within the subject property boundaries. Therefore, in order to create a parcel that can be developed upon, we are requesting to vacate a portion of the existing City Water Easement on the affected property.
