ORDINANCES \[Action Item\]
26. Ordinance No. 25-2073: An Ordinance (Apex Zenith H-2024-0052) for rezone of a
parcel of land being all of Government Lot 4 and a portion of Government Lot 5 of
Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” rezoning 71.44 acres of
land from the R-4 (Medium Low-Density Residential) zoning district to the C-G
(General Retail and Service Commercial) zoning district in the Meridian City Code;
directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official
zoning maps and all applicable official maps depicting the boundaries and the
zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance;
providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor,
the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax
Commission, as required by law; and providing an effective date. Approved

27. Ordinance No. 25-2074: An ordinance (Apex Zenith – H-2024-0052) annexing a
parcel of land located in the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 6,
Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more
particularly described in Exhibit “A”; rezoning 77.71 acres of such real property
from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to C-G (19.19 acres) (General Retail and
Service Commercial) and R-15 (58.52 acres) (Medium-High Density Residential)
zoning districts; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well
as the official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the boundaries and the
zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance;
providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor,
the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax
Commission, as required by law; repealing conflicting ordinances; and providing
an effective date. Approved

EXECUTIVE SESSION \[Action Item\] Per Idaho Code 74-206(1)(f): To communicate with
legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for
pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be
litigated.
