RE: Short Plat for Soldier Place Subdivision
Dear City Council:
On behalf of Sam and Betty Hill, I respectively request your approval of the short/final plat for Soldier
Place Subdivision. This short plat contains three residential lots and one common lot.
The developer has recently built a duplex townhome building on the site. This existing duplex is
connect to sewer to the west of this property. After recent meeting with the public works staff it was
decide that we will install a new sewer main to service these three buildable lots and connect to the old
sewer to the west. However when the city installs sewer on the eastside of property in 2 and half street
this same new sewer would be able to connect to the new sewer in 2 and half street. All three water
services have already been installed.
The developer desires to build one more additional house, so the Soldier Place Subdivision will have a
total of three buildable lots and one shared driveway lot. This request would allow for this to take
place.
