GROUNDWATER REPORT
The project is a residential-use project. It is approximately 0.472 acres located west of NE 2 And A Half
Street, south of E Badley Avenue and north of E Washington Avenue. The site has an address of 1323 NE
2 And A Half Street.
There does not appear to be an issue with groundwater at this location. A full geotechnical report has been
completed. Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC estimates groundwater will remain greater than 13 feet
below ground surface throughout the year.
This report certifies that all street finished centerline elevations are a minimum of three(3) feet above the
established groundwater elevations along the laneidrive on this site.
