I. EXISTING CONDITIONS:
I.I. ALL UTILITIES SHALL BE LOCATED PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. ALL DAMAGES WILL BE REPAIRED BY THE RESPONSIBLE PERSONS.
1.2. PRESERVE AND PROTECT EXISTING STRUCTURES UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE ON THE PLAN.
1.3 PRESERVE AND PROTECT EXISTING TREES WITH A 6 TALL CHAIN LINK CONSTRUCTION FENCE PLACED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE TRUNK. PLACE FENCE A MINIMUM OF 5' OFF OF THE TRUNK.
2. GRADING AND SITE PREPARATION
2.1. REMOVE ALL DEBRIS, WEEDS, AND POOR SOIL FROM THE SITE INCLUDING EXISTING ROCKS THAT ARE LARGER THAN 2"
2.2. THE AMOUNT OF TOP SOIL TO BE ADDED TO SITE SHALL BE AGREED UPON BETWEEN THE OWNER AND THE CONTRACTOR.
CLEAR VISION TRIANGLE EXISTING RETAINING WALL 2.3. ALL PLANTER BEDS AND LAWN AREAS TO HAVE ADEQUATE QUALITY, SCREENED TOP SOIL TO PROMOTE A HEALTHY LAWN AND PLANT MATERIAL. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE 6" OF TOP SOIL IN ALL LAWN AREAS
AND 12" IN ALL PLANTER BEDS.
2.4. CONTRACTOR MUST ENSURE THAT THERE IS AT LEAST A 2% SLOPE AWAY FROM ALL BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES FOR AT LEAST 10 FEET.
