The Idaho Transportation Department(ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. Due to the development size and proximity to SH-55, impacts to the State Highway System can be anticipated.
The SH-55 corridor is already congested and this project will only increase the number of vehicle trips.
Therefore, the Department will need to the applicant to provide a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA)for the proposed
development.
2. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
