are required at this time in case the city de.cides to apply for actutil LEED certification at
a later date. We have reviewed their proposal and find it acceptable and recommend
approval of the commissioning fee of$ 60,375 and the LEED fees of $ 18,947, fora total
of $ 79,322. If the Council is agreeable, please have an amendmemttd our contract
issued for signature.
