Engineer Statement
To Whom It May Concern,
Kimley-Horn &Associates on behalf of WinCo Foods and the current landowner, has reviewed the
geotechnical report prepared by Terracon dated March 9, 2016 for groundwater elevations.
Groundwater was not observed during the geotechnical investigation of the site. Boring depths
ranged from 5.4 feet to 21.5 feet.
I, Dan F. Grant, state that all street centerline elevations are set at a minimum of three feet above the
highest established normal groundwater elevation.
