STRADER, TAYLOR,WHITLOCK
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF BRIAN GARRETT TO
SEAT 1 OF THE MERIDIAN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Meridian City Code 2-1-1 establishes the Meridian Planning and Zoning
Commission, its members and terms of their appointments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems it to be in the best interest of the
citizens of the City of Meridian to approve the reappointment of Brian Garrett to Seat 1 of the Planning
and Zoning Commission as recommended by Mayor Simison and described herein;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN CITY,IDAHO:
Section 1. That, effective immediately, Brian Garrett is hereby reappointed to Seat 1,which term
shall expire January 31, 2028.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 41h day of February, 2025.
