HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC - Narrative SHORT PLAT SUBMITTAL NARRATIVE November 27, 2024 The property located on the north side of the Meridian Road/Main Street/Central Drive intersection, more particularly described as 663 and 677 S Main Street and referred to as Chicken Bucket Subdivision, is being considered for development. The overall site consisting of 1.17 acres is being proposed for the development of two separate commercial lots. This short plat is a split of the aforementioned lot,with the two lots ranging from approximately 0.56 acres to 0.61 acres in size. Upon reviewing the short plat, you will find that the short plat meets the following requirements: • The development is zoned C-G (General Retail & Service Commercial. • The development meets acceptable surveying practices based on municipal and county standards. • The development has existing structures within the property, and these structures will remain.
