Re: Waltman Annexation (AZ-06-063)
Staff has been made aware that the applicant for the Waltman Annexation failed to
post notice of the public hearing on the property for the January 18, 2007, Planning
and Zoning Commission hearing. Staff is requesting the Commission open and
continue the public hearing for Waltman Annexation (AZ-06-063) to the
February 1, 2007 Commission hearing, for the applicant to place public notice
on the property.
