Sharon and Will,
IMPORTANT NOTE: The City Council mistakenly approved this application on
their 12-17 Consent Agenda. Becky Bowcutt submitted a letter dated 12-13
requesting this application be deferred until January 7th. But the
Council did not remove it from the Consent Agenda. Did they receive
Becky's letter?? Staff does need more time to review this revised plat
before the final FF/CL/DO are issued.
I'm not sure if any substantive changes to the FF/CL will be required,
since I haven't had a chance to review the revised plat yet. At a
minimum, the Prelimary Plat date listed in the Decision and Order will
need to be corrected.
I'd like to request this item be placed on the 1-7 CC regular agenda as
amended findings 50 we can correct this oversight. I will prepare a memo
addressing this and have it to you by 1-3 at 12:00.

Today I received revised prelim plat plans for this project. The FFCL
were approved Dec. 17th. ?? I am confused. Did we just need revised
plans for the file per previous discussions? Let me know and I will
send them out. thanks!
