first duly sworn upon oath,depose and say:
In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-5A-6, I
personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted on January 23, 2025
which is at least ten(10)days prior to the scheduled public hearing for City Council on
February 4, 2025 for the Lennon Pointe Subdivision
I have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this affidavit. The
sign(s)will be removed no later than three(3) days after the public hearing.
