Hi Amanda,
Based on what is attached, I am unable to specifically verify Radii and Street Width but I can conditionally review
with a comment of"Fire Department Access to include Street Width and Turning Radius Shall meet all
requirements set forth in the 2018 IFC, Chapter 5 and Appendix D".
As I mentioned, I am working to gain further clarity on these "email" reviews in addition to the "formal review"
process that is also completed.

send them to whichever planner gets assigned to the project, but I can't pass "prescreen"without a letter of
approval(or email is fine) based off the checklist. I would talk to Bill Parsons, he should be able to tell us exactly
what is needed.

I'm not sure what our engineer uses for it; although I know theyverify them all.What do you need from me to be
able to approve these?
