We have reviewed the recommendations for the City Council meeting of January 16, 2007, and have the
following responses:
SITE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
1. The applicant will comply.
2. The application is in error; the pressurized irrigation system will be owned and maintained
by the Ventana Homeowners' Association.
