RE: Keep West Subdivision—Road Centerline Elevations
To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this letter as certification that the roadway centerline elevations within the referenced
project are designed a minimum of three (3)feet above the seasonal high groundwater elevation
(SHGWE). The SHGWE was determined by a geotechnical exploration conducted by Atlas and
summarized in the report, Residential Subdivision, dated January 27, 2023 and given the Atlas project
file number B222755g.
