The final plat is in full conformance with the uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat (H-2023- 0047) and meets all requirements and/or conditions thereof.This plat is also in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
