Dear Mr. Hood,
Attached for your review is the Final Plat Application for Keep West Subdivision
This single-family residential project consists of 22 buildable lots, 10 non-buildable lots, and 1 lot with an
existing home in the R-2 zone.This project is 15.76 acres with 1.56 acres of qualified open space.
The final plat is in full conformance with the uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat (H-2023-
0047) and meets all requirements and/or conditions thereof.This plat is also in conformance with all
requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared in conformance with acceptable engineering,
architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
This project was annexed under Application H-2023-0047
