Please table or continue the Kretzschmar Conditional Use Penmit (Ale No. CUP-02-033) hearing until the January
14, 2003 City Council Meeting. The approval or denial of the project is dependant on the appficanl's variance
request which will not be heard until the January 14, 2003 C~ Council Meeting.
The applicant failed to subm~ an application for the variance within the necessary timeframe for both applications
to be heard atthe January 7, 2003 C~ Council meeting.
