Touchmark Medical Condominiums Short Plat
Dear Ms. Whitehead:
Per the findings of the attached staff report for Touchmark Medical Condominiums
Short Plat, I am granting approval of the short plat for this project.
The short plat shall become null and void if the applicant fails to record the plat
within one year of the approval date of this letter per Unified Development Code
(UDC) ll-6B-7 A. An extension Of time may be approved if needed under the
provisions stated in UDC ll-6B-7C.
The applicant, Director, or a party of record may appeal this decision' or a condition
of approval by requesting City Council review of this decision. All requests shall be
filed in writing with the Planning Department within fifteen (15) days of the date of
this letter and comply with the provisions ofUDC ll-5A-6B.

Dear Planning Staff:
On behalf of my Client TBID-MOB I-SL, LLC and Touchmark Medical Condominiums, please accept this
application for a Short Plat, to convert an existing medical office located at 3525 E. Louise Drive, into a
Medical Condominium Plat. This site is located within the Touclunark Living Center Subdivision No.1.
This application has been submitted in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the Unified
Development Code for the City of Meridian. This conformance is applicable to all acceptable engineering,
architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
The application is not asking to change the existing land use or zone, it is just requesting to condo the existing
five (5) floors into twelve (12) condo units. The basement and penthouse, will remain as common area, which
will include the existing landscaping and parking area surrounding the building.

I do have a question. This site is part of the Touchmark Village PUD and will be under the same
ownership, so my questions is since the Touchmark you are seeing that was recorded in 04 is the same
as Touchmark Condos, with the same owner, shouldn't you allow it??

condominium name, in this instance. The name "Touch mark" was used on a plat recorded in 2004 and
therefore cannot be used.
