HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ - Neighborhood Meeting NoticeNeighborhood Meeting Notice December 18, 2024 Dear Resident, Prior to the submittal of an application for a Conditional Use Permit, Meridian City Code requires a meeting between the applicant and neighbors within 500 feet of the subject property. This is your notice to meet and review the proposal for a new office facility for Hyperbaric Oxygen Clinic of Idaho. This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding neighborhood meeting requirements, please contact the City of Meridian Planning and Zoning Department at 208-884-5533. Neighborhood Meeting Information: When: Monday, December 30, 2024, from 6pm-8pm Where: On-site at 135 S. Touchmark Way, Meridian, ID 83642 Project Description: This project is located at 135 S. Touchmark Way, Meridian, ID 83642. This proposed project is for a new 5,500 sf medical office at a currently vacant lot. All surrounding properties are also currently vacant. Further south and southwest, medical offices have already been built. The office building will largely be a hyperbaric oxygen clinic for wound care and healing, along with two future tenant spaces. The building itself will sit at the southern end of the property, with the property entrance and parking to the north. The building will have a commercial feel, with a stucco finish, brick wainscot, and aluminum storefront windows. The roof will be a mix of asphalt shingles and single-ply roofing. Finally, full site work will be done, including parking, drive lane, new sidewalks, and landscaping.
