between the applicant and neighbors within 500 feet of the subject property. This is your notice to meet and
review the proposal for a new office facility for Hyperbaric Oxygen Clinic of Idaho.

meeting requirements, please contact the City of Meridian Planning and Zoning Department at 208-884-5533.

Project Description:
This project is located at 135 S. Touchmark Way, Meridian, ID 83642. This proposed project is for a new
5,500 sf medical office at a currently vacant lot. All surrounding properties are also currently vacant. Further
south and southwest, medical offices have already been built. The office building will largely be a hyperbaric
oxygen clinic for wound care and healing, along with two future tenant spaces. The building itself will sit at
the southern end of the property, with the property entrance and parking to the north. The building will
have a commercial feel, with a stucco finish, brick wainscot, and aluminum storefront windows. The roof will
be a mix of asphalt shingles and single-ply roofing. Finally, full site work will be done, including parking, drive
lane, new sidewalks, and landscaping.
If you have questions about the meeting or proposed development project, please contact Aaron Randell of JGT
Architecture at 208-463-9295, or at the business address of 1135 12th Ave. Rd., Nampa, ID 83686.

sign-in sheet will be present at this meeting. The applicant will submit this sign-in sheet and a copy of this letter
with their application.
Sincerely,
