BIRD, BORTON, ROUNTREE, WARDLE
A RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC UTILITIES, DRAINAGE AND
IRRIGATION EASEMENTS BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1,
SILVERLEAF SUBDIVISION NO.1, LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST ~ OF
THE NORTHWEST ~ OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 1
WEST, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 12, 2006 the City Council of City of Meridian, held a
hearing on the vacation of public utilities, drainage and irrigation easements between lots
3 and 4, Block 1, SilverleafSubdivision No.1, located in the Southwest ~ ofthe
Northwest 'l.I of Section 26, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, City of Meridian, Ada
County, State of Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the vacation of public utilities, drainage and irrigation
easements between lots 3 and 4, Block 1, SilverleafSubdivision No.1, located in the
Southwest % of the Northwest % of Section 26, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, City of
Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho is hereby vacated. Copies of the necessary
relinquishments are attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its adoption and approval.
