To whom it may concern,
As to the characteristics of the subject property, which make the
zoning amendment desirable, we refer to the general standards applicable to
zoning amendments 11-15-11.
It is necessary to obtain the requested zoning to be in confor,,ity with
existing development in the area and to develop the land to it's best use.
The proposed zoning relates to the city comprehensive plan. Property
identified as existing urban in comprehensive plan. Goals #3, #7, #9 of plan.
All apply.
We will have the property posted one week before the public hearing.
Posting will contain name of applicant, description of zoning as well as time
and date of public hearing.
Other findings and those here mentioned will be addressed as
