Cherry Lane Christian Church thanks you for allowing us to comment
'.. on the subject request.
Initially we are surprised that this has surfaced again as primarily_a
residential subdivision of 320.single family lots in light oCthe on-going
city study. .From our participation in the area study, it seemed that the
area south of Franklin is scheduled to be developed into ,a commerciall
business park. Isthis proposal compatible with the ongoing study?
Secondly, ACHD has already advised all parties bf the eventual
signalization of Franklin Road at Silver Oaks Drive which lies north of
'. the NE corner olthis proposed subdivision. 'It would seem imperative
that a major entrance into not only this subdivision, but the other
. properties south and east of this property have access to this signal
light.
