Proj" ect — The Meridian Foodbank,, Inc is requesting a Rezone of the current property from I -L to
O -T for an expansion of the existi ng facility located on 0 . 59 acres of land .
Location : Parcels R0406010205 , R0406010195 and R0406010182\ 133 W. Broadway, 622 and

Concept : The proposal to add more space is to enclose the area between the two main buildings
on the property. This would add approximately 940 square fleet of work area,,
The concept is to bui ld a wall from the west end of the house from the back of the house 15 . 5

eet Long to connect to the main warehouse ,. On the east end of the house we would 6uiId a Longer
wall 44 feet long that ex-tends to the south wall of the front wing of warehouse then another wall
westerly 14 feet long back to the south wall of the warehouse . This would make an L shaped
room . The added warehouse roof would continue easterly an the same pitch as the existing roof.
The roof over the added area between the two existi ng buildings will run pe endicular between
the existing roofs . The added area would be constructed to handle palettes of food to be used for
storage and assembling food packs for our school back program .
