We understand from amour letter that the " Meridian Food Bank -- " is a non-profit corporation currently incorporated as the Valley Shepherd Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Center . Inc . We further understand that the p urpose of the ` .Meridian Food Bank" is to serve as a food pantry, supplying food baskets an d weekend food backpacks to those in the Treasure Va11ey community- f4a cing food insecurity . We further understand that the organization will not operate in Idaho as a depository insti tution or conduct the business of bankin6 . Section 26 - 1202 of the Idaho Bank Act prohibits any person, other than a national bank.. not authorized to operate as a bank under the Act, to advertise or use as part of its company- name the word "b ank" or e �banker" or any- other word of similar imp art .
