RE: Land Use Change Application—Gander Creek South Sub No 4
To Whom It May Concern:
Enclosed you will find a Land Use Change Application to file with the Irrigation District for its review
on the above-referenced development. Please note the District now requires three (3) sets of plans
l & a PDF format of Civil Engineer& Landscape Architecture drawings.
I 11 this development includes a pressurized urban irrigation p p g system (PUTS), please also fill out the
enclosed PUIS questionnaire. I encourage you to coordinate with this office on specifications for and
installation of the pressure system.
Please submit the completed application, three sets of plans with pdf format, and payment to the
District's main office at 1503 First Street South Nampa, ID 83651. If time is of the essence, I
recommend paying by cashier's check, money order or cash. Applications submitted with company
or personal checks will not be processed until the check has cleared.

To Whom It May Concern:
Nampa& Meridian Irrigation District(NMID)requires a filed Land Use Change Application to review
prior to final platting or any construction within or adjacent to the McFadden Drain easement.
All private laterals and waste ways must he protected. The Districts McFadden Drain easement at this
location is a minimum of eighty-five feet (85') total, fifty feet (50') left and thirty-five feet (35') right
looking downstream to the west.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and
approved plan before construction is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must he retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage leaves the
site, NMID must review drainage plans. Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805. Please feel
