Re: Heritage Commons Narrative for an Easement Vacation Request
Dear Ms. Canning & Mr. Hood:
This letter fulfills the department's request of a narrative for the easement vacation near the
Crestwood Subdivision located at 4055 E. Leigh Field Dr., Meridian, Idaho, north of Us tick and
west of Locust Grove. In the past, the easement was platted as a part of the Crestwood
Subdivision to accommodate overhead power lines. Since this time and as a part of the
development ofthe Heritage (Quenzer) Commons #10 Subdivision, the overhead power lines
and all utilities located within this easement have been relocated underground as a part of the
joint trench effort within the HC #10 Subdivision. We have obtained all necessary consent
letters from the public utility companies and are requesting a vacation of this unused easement.

We have worked and are working with the City to meet all posting, meetina and other document
requirements set by the City relating to the application and approval. For any questions or
