Leigh Field Dr., Meridian, Idaho, north of Us tick and west of Locust Grove. In the past, the easement was platted as a part of the Crestwood Subdivision to accommodate overhead power lines. Since this time and as a part of the development ofthe Heritage (Quenzer) Commons #10 Subdivision, the overhead power lines and all utilities located within this easement have been relocated underground as a part of the joint trench effort within the HC #10 Subdivision.
