That my name is Robi Foldesi and I am on deed for this property and I have never given any person(s) or
companies permission to be placed up of sale or any other consideration for improvments or usage of
any. If this is continues it can or will bring legal proceedings to one or all for illeagally optaining any sale
or use of this property without my consent or knowledge. And if my name was or has been removed from
the deed it was done illeaglly and can or will bring legal proceedings to one or all involved. So I am
demanding to cease and desist any actions on above listed property as a deeded person for this
property.
