ITD has reviewed the application transmittal for FP-2024-0020. ITD had previously commented on application H-2023-
0041 and did not receive the requested information. Since the preliminary plat has already been approved and the
developer has entered into a Development Agreement with the City, The Department does not have any comments for
the final plat.
