("Grantee"),whose current address is 1157 N. Summerbrook Avenue,Suite 100,Idaho 83642,all
of its right, title and interest in and to that certain real property located in Ada County, Idaho, as
more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Together with all improvements,easements,hereditaments and appurtenances thereto,and
subject to such rights,easements,covenants,restrictions and zoning regulations as appear of record
or based upon the premises.

Instrument No. 2021-182482,Official Records of Ada County,hereinafter referred to as the DRB Tract,
being situate in the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 8,Township 3 North,Range 1 East,Boise
Meridian, City of Meridian, County of Ada, State of Idaho, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 8;
thence from said Point of Commencement,coincident with the north line of said Section 8,the following
two(2)consecutive courses and distances:
l. South 89059'19"East,a distance of 2,652.60 feet to the north quarter comer of
said Section 8,and
2. reversing course, North 89°59'19" West, a distance of 1,160.91 feet to the
intersection of the northerly projection of the westerly line of Lot 6 as shown on
