GRANTORS, T. Kent Mills and Donna G. Mills, Trustees of The Mills Family
Revocable Trust u/t/a dated June 6, 2016, do hereby REMISE, RELEASE and forever
QUITCLAIM, unto Stonehill Church, Inc., an Idaho corporation, whose current address is 2951
E. Overland Road #170, Meridian, Idaho 83642, as GRANTEE and to Grantee's successors
and assigns, all of Grantors' right, title and interest in and to the real property situated in Ada
County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:

TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there unto belonging.
In construing this deed, and where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural
and the masculine, the feminine and the neuter.

West, Boise Meridian, Meridian City, Ada County. Idaho, being more particularly

Commencing at the north quarter corner of said Section 36, which bears

S00'27'21"W, 25 00 feet to the southerly right-of-way of West Amity Road and to the
Point of)Beginning:
