We have since submitted the final plat application and subdivision design drawings for a 2-lot subdivision (Mills Residence and church lot). Trilogy and Bailey Engineering are working on the preliminary plat for the remainder of the property. We received the following comment from the City of Meridian: "Irrigation crossings require casings if theyare owned byan entity that would preventaccess all yeararound (irrigation districts). Eitherprovide a casingorproof that the irrigation channel is not owned byan irrigation district." Please refer to the attached aerial photo for the location of a planned street crossing at the existing concrete v- ditch. We are currently showing an irrigation box on each side of the street with a 12-inch culvert under the street. We anticipate that the culvert will be placed in use for a short time and will be abandoned once the adjacent property is developed.
