To whom it may concern,
Based on a geotechnical report provided by Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, please accept this
Letter as my certification that the centerline of the two streets will be designed and constructed at
Least three (3)feet above seasonal high groundwater. Per the project geotechnical engineering
report,groundwater was not encountered in test pits advanced to a maximum depth of 15.1 feet
below ground surface. The report states that groundwater depths are estimated to remain at
depths greater than 20 feet below ground surface throughout the year.
