At the Planning & Zoning meeting for Pollard North, the Commission offered comments related to
density and open space. We have been reviewing the project and would like to respond to those at
City Council.
Although we have already posted the public notice signs for the January 7th hearing, we will request
a continuance. This will allow us time to provide you with updated exhibits that can be presented to
City Council. We will get this information over to you as soon as possible for your review and
consideration, but want this request to be on the record.

Commission Recommendation to Council for Jan. 7th Meeting
Attached is the staff report with the Planning & Zoning Commission's
recommendation to City Council for Pollard North. This project is scheduled
to be on the City Council regular meeting agenda on Jan. 7th. The public
hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00
pm. You may attend in person or virtually via Zoom - the link/phone number
to join the meeting is located at the top of the meeting agenda. Please call or
e-mail with any questions.
Please submit any written response you may have to the Commission's
recommendation in the staff report to the City Clerk's office
(comment@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible prior to the
meeting. If you have a presentation you'd like to present at the public
hearing, please send it to the City Clerk's office no later than 12:00 pm the
day of the hearing.
