The extension of the street into a cul-de-sac turnaround will be required upon redevelopment but is not required at this time. Please take care when clicking links or opening attachments.When in doubt, contact your IT Department Kara Leigh, needed to confirm that the ACHD requirement for the project currently only requires the private driveway with the fire department hammerhead on the site at this time, and if the parcels were ever to redevelop in the future with more homes and Morello Ave.was extended,that would require the cut de sac? The City had commented that we needed to change the plan based on the ACHD condition, but I was reading that condition as only requiring the cut 1 de sac with a future redevelopment of the site beyond what is currently proposed (saving the existing home and building a second home on the new parcel). Please confirm so I can coordinate with the City.
